10, 8, 6, 4….6 – these are my pant sizes over the past two years.
I am 30 years old – and I have struggled with my weight for my entire life.
Over the past two years I have lost a considerable amount of weight by:
1. eating clean and consciously
2. incorporating exercise into my daily routine
BUT — the pounds are slowly creeping back on…for a number of reasons …
between dating a chef – stress from work – reducing my workouts from 5 to 7 times per week to 2 to 3 times per week (because of the first two reasons) – celebrating engagements, weddings and babies with friends and family – new interest in baking
This morning – 12/28/11 — I weighed 138 pounds .
Over the upcoming months of January, February, March, April and May — I would like to get back down to my ideal weight of 127 pounds.
I am going to use this blog:

– use as a resource
– accountability (the world is watching..)
