Information Overload – Part 2

My favorite healthy lifestyle sources:

Clean Eating – the best source for clean recipes

Eating Well – the best source for healthy real food recipes

Prevention – although catered to a 40-plus crowd-this little book is filled with health tips and amazing healthy and low calorie recipes

Fitness – I love their quick and easy healthy recipes

Everyday Food – Martha Stewart – although not all of the recipes are healthy – I am always inspired when I pick up this easy to follow recipe guide!

Whole Living – Martha Stewart – Reading this magazine is like attending a yoga class

Food Rules – Michael Pollan – If you could only read one book for the rest of your life – it should be this one. Straight forward and simple – you will live longer if you read this book

Fit for Life – This was one of the first diet/health book that I ever read – it changed the way I thought about food.

Naturally Thin – Bethanny Frankel – I am in the middle of this one

Skinny Bitch – Informative guide to a vegan lifestyle – eye opening
